Our best experience dining while at the Bay of Fundy the waitress and the hostess were very nice and friendly and the food was well prepared.

This is a magical experience! The inn is beautiful with creative and classic decor and delicious food. The hostess is so attentive and excited to help you enjoy the magnificent Bay of Fundy area. Be ready to enjoy the culinary perfection and perfect wine and beer selections on the porch or in the dining room with a world class view of the bay. You will never want to leave, but we all have to return to reality at some point so pass the word on to the wanderers of New Brunswick. This is THE PLACE!

This was a pleasant surprise as we drove by and noticed the burger sign outside. Turned around and came back to check it out. Luckily for us the Bistro had just opened so we were the 1st customers.Greeted by very friendly hostess and server. I ordered the smash burger and my partner ordered the sausage in pretzel bun.Now.... this by far has to be the tastiest burger I have ever had. The fries hand cut excellent as well. My partner loved the sausage in the bun...the flavours of these meals were outstanding. Locally sourced meat as well. Top it off with the desert apple of my eye which was very tasty served with ice cream.Top notch meal, service.We enjoyed our conversations with hostess and server as well as the chef who asked how our meal was, ended up staying a night in the Eagles nest room on the top floor of the inn.To sum it all up the overall experience was exceptional, highly recommend it and we will be back.

I absolutely love the Smash Burger and the poutine!! Also the Huge piece of fish with loads of fries!My vegetarian friends also like that there are options for them on the Menu.Very nice atmosphere and very friendly owners and staff..One of my new favorite places to Eat in St. Martins and open late!

Pleasantly surprised. Finally a restaurant in Nb that can cook fish. We ordered a 2 piece fish and chips, plus chicken wings for takeout. The fish was wrapped in foil keeping it piping hot. It was crispy even the next day. (I couldn't eat all of it.)The portions were a full filet. The fries were hand cut and not Mccains for once. The slaw needs work and the wings were decent but kind of small. Definitely not big as we were told. No big deal. They were cooked properly and tasted good. We really appreciate the care to make sure our food stayed hot. I apologize for not taking pictures. Hopefully the World Reviewer shows up and can give this restaurant their due. Keep it up. Dont let those high standards slide.

Stopped by the Bistro for dinner with my wife after it was recommended by locals. My wife ordered the beef stew and I had the haddock and chips. Both plates were delicious and were large portions. Being an East coaster I am snobbish about my fish and chips but the haddock was perfectly done and not greasy. Great service too.

The dinner of Batter dipped whole filet and Chips was delicious. Best Burger in Town and Poutine were wonderful as well. Yummy warm Apple dessert with ice cream was the topper. The lovely lady servers were so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Loved their decor as well. We will definitely go again when we are in St. Martin's.

I would just like to say, that a smash burger is very different than a normal hamburger. 5 Oz's is too much for a smash burger" and these burgers are regular sized patties. A smash burger is very thin and has a crust from the high temperature of the grill. The burgers are ginormous and take up over 70% of the total sandwich. You guys could use 3

We visited the Bistro Oct 10, 2022. The other restaurants were either shut down or busy with the arrival of 3 tour buses. We ran into the owner (Lorna) when checking to see if the Baybaie Bistro was open, and she opened it up early for us to have a meal. The building has was beautiful and bright with charming decor.Kim served us and very friendly.Where we sat we had a view of the ocean. I had the junior smash burger and my friends had the fish n chips. It was delicious! Good portions *yum*

I absolutely love the Smash Burger , and the smoked meat Poutine with Curds or Smoked Gouda is incredible!!My friends loved the Real- oversized fish and chips we all enjoyed a few beers!Great atmosphere , amazing food , friendly owners and staff!!
